1. Supplier identity and use of JobMate
JobMate is the trading name used by Heidi Jansen, a sole proprietor based in George, Western Cape, South Africa. JobMate provides ready-made business packages and separately commissioned custom systems. Customers are responsible for using JobMate lawfully and for keeping their own business information accurate.
2. Ready-made JobMate packages
The ready-made monthly packages advertised on the JobMate pricing page have no setup cost and may be cancelled at any time. Access depends on the selected package, authorised user access and the subscription remaining active.
3. Custom systems and additional work
Custom application design, system development, integrations, configuration, data work, training and other work outside a ready-made package are scoped and quoted separately. These services may include design, setup, implementation and other project fees. The scope, price, payment stages and delivery terms will be confirmed in a written quotation, proposal or contract before work begins.
4. Customer data
Customer data belongs to the customer. JobMate systems are structured to keep private business data separate from the public website.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Ready-made package prices and subscription terms are shown on the pricing page and confirmed before activation. Custom work is charged according to its accepted quotation, proposal or contract. Continued package access and ongoing custom services may depend on payment status.
6. Support
Support is provided according to the selected package and setup agreement. Support requests can be made through the JobMate support or contact channels.
7. Changes
JobMate may update services, packages and terms as the product improves. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate customer channels.
8. Reviews and feedback
Reviews must reflect the reviewer's genuine experience. JobMate will only publish a submitted review with permission and may contact the reviewer to confirm the experience and preferred public identification.
